Joanna
CEO
Joanna is an animal lover. She likes long journeys, but also enjoys her free time with family at home.
One of the two co-funders of CLEANDEER takes care of relations with clients as well as expanding the range of our operations. Joanna successfully uses her leadership abilities to build strong and motivated team and you can see it from the results in positive effects of the work of the entire company.
Gosia
COO
Gosia always wants more from life. She admires art and symmetry. Second of two co-founders. She is a Chief Operational Officer in CLEANDEER - takes care of the paper work and looks for new ways of development at the same time. Innovations are the daily bread to her. She has proven many times that she can get the company to the highest level, which results in clients comfort as well as offering higher service quality without the need of increasing prices.

Cleandeer will perform the following cleaning services
Range of services
- Dusting, washing, and polishing of all surfaces;
- Vacuuming of carpets and/or cleaning of non-carpeted flooring;
- Cleaning of all appliances, bathrooms, and food preparation areas;
- Emptying bins, trash collection and removal
Approved equipment
All labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required to perform these tasks will be provided by Cleandeer at the approval of the Client.
Frequency of services
As required by the client needs and wishes.
Supply list
All the cleaning products will be issued by Cleandeer from the professional supplier and will have a COSHH:
- Cleaning solution - Washing windows, surface area
- Polishing solution - Applied to specific surfaces, such as wood
- Vacuum Cleaning - Floors, furniture
- Mop and cleaning solution - Cleaning of non-carpeted floor
- Plastic bags - Refuse such as trash, recycling
Accreditation and Guarantee
Cleandeer Ltd. was accredited by Alcumus by Health and Safety Regulations and currently hold the certificate.
Cleandeer is fully licensed and insured to provide professional office cleaning services. Documentation is available upon request.
It is the policy of Cleandeer that our team of cleaners will not eat in your office, use any of your facilities, answer phones or give access to outside visitors. Communication between our Staff and Client employees, if cleaning services are required during business hours, will be limited so as not to distract workers.

Due to the continued expansion of Cleandeer Ltd, we are searching for hard-working and experienced cleaners to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must be very reliable, trustworthy and able to work on their own initiative
- You must either have your own transport or another reliable way to reach your assigned location (please note that not all sites are easily accessible via public transport)
- Our vacancies are available on a self-employed basis and you must either have a valid DBS or be willing to obtain one at your own expense
